International Orders

We ship internationally from the United States. Please review the information below before placing an international order. International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are NOT included at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (DAP)

All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).

This means:

Prices shown on our site do not include VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable fees must be paid to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

We do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout.

Customs & Delivery

International shipments may be subject to:

Customs duties
Carrier handling or brokerage fees

Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays outside of our control.

In some countries (such as South Korea), the carrier may contact you to request additional information required for customs clearance.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address information, or failure to provide required customs documentation are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Times

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and do not include customs processing time.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
