We’re proud to be a North American–based company and are happy to offer reliable shipping to customers both within North America and around the world.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up email with tracking information once it ships.
If we experience unusually high order volume or inventory delays, we’ll contact you directly to provide an updated timeline.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada)
We ship from fulfillment centers within North America.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally to most countries.
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing but generally take 7–21 business days after your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at turnemsideways@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and, if appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Turn’em Sideways is not responsible for:

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update or redirect it.
