Return Policy

Returns (Domestic Orders Only)

We accept returns on domestic (U.S.) orders only within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned that show signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used playmats, dice, or accessories
  • All international orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at support@turnemsideways.gg with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once a returned domestic order is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping (Domestic Orders Only)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original eligible domestic purchase and place a new order.

International Orders (Final Sale)

All international orders are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments
  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, VAT, or carrier fees are not eligible for refunds
  • International shipping fees are non-refundable
