Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items (such as digital goods, gift cards, and clearance items) are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the return address we provide after you contact us. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or incorrect.
